课题组简介
1. 鉴定和评估新冠突变株免疫逃逸、受体亲和力等生物学特性,第一时间内提供相关科研数据给政府以及世界卫生组织(WHO),为疫情防控提供科学指导。
2.评估新冠mRNA疫苗诱导保护性抗体的能力,率先报道奥密克戎BA.5双价mRNA疫苗存在免疫印迹问题限制其疫苗的免疫效果,帮助指导新冠mRNA疫苗的更新换代。
3.分离鉴定多种表位新冠广谱中和性抗体,丰富了对新冠病毒免疫原性认识。
4.拥有7项新冠抗体以及新冠检测试剂盒的国际专利,其中新冠检测试剂盒获得加拿大卫生部授权上市。
5.研究多种形式膜结合抗体,用于高效阻断游离和细胞介导艾滋病病毒感染。
1.专业要求:生物信息学及相关专业,获得博士学位,符合博士后进站条件;
2.能熟练使用 C/C++/R 等高性能语言及软件工具进行生物信息学数据分析,能利用各类计算和统计学技术开发新的数据分析方法,撰写分析报告和 SCI 研究论文;
3.能独立开展并指导相关研究生完成生物信息方向的研究工作;
4.具有浓厚的前沿科学探索兴趣,有较强的独立科研能力,以第一作者身份在国际权威期刊发表过原创性研究论文;
1.本科或硕士以上学历,具有病毒学、免疫学、细胞生物学、生物化学、分子生物学及相关方向的研究背景和研究经历者优先;
2.熟悉分子克隆、细胞生物学、蛋白纯化等基本实验技能;
3.具备良好英文读写能力;
